Support and Managed Services Consultant

Hyperion Financial Management & FDM

Concentric Solutions is currently recruiting for an experienced HFM Support Consultant with a background in administering and supporting HFM and Hyperion Enterprise applications.

Based at our Head Office in central London, this is a challenging role that requires a committed, team-orientated and flexible individual with strong academic background and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The role involves support and development of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management applications, Hyperion EPMA, LCM and data integration tools such as Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management, ERPi and Oracle Data Integrator.

Suitable candidates will be proficient in MS Windows applications, particularly Excel and MS SQL, will be able to demonstrate technical and analytical skills, have had exposure to large scale deployments of Group Financial Consolidation systems, show awareness of financial close processes and be capable of working without supervision.

Excellent oral and written English language skills is imperative.

Skills required:

  • HFM Application Support or Product Support experience
  • Experience in the implementation and support of Microsoft SQL Server and Windows based applications
  • Exposure to supporting business users in a large corporate environment
  • An appreciation of relational database technologies
  • Knowledge of VB
  • Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Reports Studio and Hyperion SmartView
  • Understanding of Oracle Hyperion's n-tier EPM architecture
  • Previous User Acceptance Testing experience is desirable


This role will be office-based in the main though may involve occasional travel within the UK and Ireland providing onsite customer support.
