Telemarketing Executive


Concentric Solutions is currently recruiting for a part-time telemarketing professional with experience of Business Intelligence and ERP software solutions sales, to work at our head office in London.

This is a challenging role that requires a committed, team-orientated and flexible individual with strong personal motivation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The role involves CRM database build and maintenance, lead generation and opportunity qualification, and supports our small sales and marketing team in their efforts to build a pipeline of software, services and managed support business.

Suitable candidates will be proficient in MS Windows applications, particularly Excel and Word, will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Salesforce (CRM system), and be capable of providing timely reports on campaign effectiveness.

Excellent oral and written English language skills is imperative.



Skills required:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience of telemarketing in an IT sales environment
  • Experience of cleansing, building and maintaining Salesforce CRM databases
  • Exposure to dealing with senior contacts in large corporate organisations
  • An appreciation of business intelligence and financial management applications
  • An ability to manage your own self-learning capitalising on the experience of our wider team
  • Demonstrates drive and positive attitude to work with a determination and motivation to achieve targets
  • Professional and capable on the phone


This role will be office-based on a two day a week, part-time basis (subject to flexbility). A three month probationary period will apply.

A competitive hourly rate and qualified appointment bonus will be offered.
