Tagetik announces record customer satisfaction levels in its annual global customer satisfaction survey. 97.5 percent of the respondents stated they would recommend or repurchase its software and 96.3 percent are satisfied with the company as a whole.

Peter Broom joins Concentric Solutions from Oracle

Concentric is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Broom who joins the team as a Solutions Architect. He has over 15 years of Oracle Hyperion experience and previously was employed by Oracle in a number of professional services and business development roles. Peter was most recently responsible for several strategic performance management solution implementations at customers such as British Telecom and HSBC Holdings.

Concentric Signs Consulting Partnership

Concentric Solutions has signed a Consulting Partnership with Tagetik, a new generation vendor of Corporate Performance Management Solutions and one of only two new entrants to the Gartner CPM Magic Quadrant.

Tagetik CPM offers a multi-platform, web enabled CPM solution that unifies traditional CPM processes within a single product and extends the CPM functionality with vertical applications that include credit reporting, governance risk compliance, regulatory accounting and project based cashflow modelling.

Concentric Launches German Practice

In alignment with a growing customer base in mainland Europe, Concentric has set up a subsidiary in Germany staffed by former senior Oracle Hyperion Services professionals.
The new team headed by Alexander von Keller will follow the UK model of employing very experienced industry professionals with consulting backgrounds in Enterprise Performance Management solutions.

Customers in the Eurozone will also soon benefit from Concentric's application support and maintenance programmes following plans to open a support desk in our new Munich office.
