Tagetik today announced a new record in user satisfaction levels. In its annual global customer survey, 97.5 percent of the respondents stated they would recommend or repurchase its software and 96.3 percent are satisfied with the company as a whole. These high approval ratings are even stronger than the results in 2007.
According to 92.3 percent of its customers, Tagetik’s competitive advantage lies in its unparalleled mix of state-of-the-art products, constant software development, process unification, and technical expertise. Customers also showed growing satisfaction for the company’s services due to the increase in training offerings and the overall quality of documentation.
